Refund policy

Office hours are 10AM-8PM. Monday-Saturday EST (excluding holidays) All emails will be responded to within 48 hours of receipt. If you're not happy with your order, please email us at info@blossomboutiquee.com to begin your refund process. Please include your full name that appears on your account, order number & items. You will receive an email in 48 hours if your order is eligible for return. 

If your items are eligible, please return it within 21 days for full store credit. 

Items must be in original conditions- unworn and unwashed. Free of stains & odors. Sale Items are final sale and not eligible for returns. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping. We are not responsible for your package if it is not received. Order tracking is recommended. 

We do not offer refunds, you will receive store credit that will be applied to your account. Once we receive your return, please allow 5 business days to process your store credit. 

Swimsuits, hats, and shoes are NOT eligible for returns. 

Damaged, incorrect, or defective items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. please email info@blossomboutiquee.com for assistance.

Colors & patterns may vary due to lighting & screen resolutions. However these do not qualify for defects and customer is responsible for return shipping. 

We will email you the address to mail your returned items to. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you used SEZZLE to pay for your order & return your items, you will still be responsible for making your SEZZLE payments. We are NOT AUTHORIZED to make changes or cancel SEZZLE payments, as SEZZLE is only a service we provide to you. SEZZLE is an entirely separate company that you have gone in to an agreement with.
